This hotel is conveniently located near the central station with easy access to bus terminals and shopping destinations. Rooms are well equipped, comfortable and the housekeeping team maintains the rooms super-clean. the Japanese restaurant on the lobby level has a good value for money.

If you are looking for extra services such as porterage or baggage pick-up, this hotel may not be the best option.

I had requested (and would have preferred) a non-smoking room. I'm pretty sure mine was not. However, because it was during a peak season, a non-smoking room may not have been available.

The hotel had a prime location, close to a train station and public transport. The staff was friendly and accommodating, offering helpful travel tips. The room was comfortable and clean, with a modern design. Plus, there was free Wi-Fi for guests.

I was disappointed to find that there was no support for local sightseeing and had to manage it myself. the lack of breakfast options was a downside.

This hotel is perfectly situated near a major train station, which made it super easy to get around and explore the city during my new year vacation. the rooms were a good size and very clean, with comfy beds and a bigger than average bathroom. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful with travel advice, and there was even a great restaurant in the hotel with a fantastic buffet breakfast at a reasonable price.
